01. Maintenance Service

Regularly scheduling service engineers to inspect the operation of systems and units helps reduce downtime and economic losses caused by sudden system failures. Optimizing the operation of systems and equipment can create greater economic benefits for customers. FRIMEC offers annual maintenance contracts, which primarily include regular inspections, emergency repairs, various performance tests, and the replacement of consumables. Upon request by customers, Frimec can dispatch personnel to reside on-site, providing services including system control and emergency repairs.

02. Maintenance Service

Frimec provides customers with equipment inspection and related repair services. All repairs are performed using original parts, by seasoned service personnel, ensuring repair quality and expediting the equipment maintenance, thereby minimizing downtime.

03. Spare Parts

High-quality, reliable original parts are provided. The factory dispatches required parts directly to the service outlets of various subsidiaries, thereby reducing transportation time. Besides, regional service centers maintain a stock of frequently used parts and consumables to meet the market demand for rapid part supply.

04. Service Training

Basic knowledge training is provided to customers' on-site maintenance personnel on daily equipment operation and maintenance. Following the commissioning of the unit, a field training session on unit operation will be arranged. Furthermore, FRIMEC factory organizes annual customer service training to enhance the operational skills of customers' unit maintenance personnel.

05. Energy Conservation Services

FRIMEC offers solutions to improve the unnecessary energy consumption generated by customers' air conditioning systems during operation to enhance the overall energy efficiency and performance of the system. This includes cleaning condenser copper tubes, finned tube heat exchangers, and replacing filter materials, etc.
